I have recently started my acting career in Germany by performing as an Actress in the theatrical play Nautanki. Nautanki has been celebrated as the first ever Urdu language theatrical play in Munich, Germany also covered by the famous German channel DW. My father Ashiq Jaffri was a renowned Journalist and Editor for multiple News papers in Lahore.
From 2017 until now I am a Ph.D. student at the Institute for Insect Biotechnology (Department of Insect Biotechnology in Plant Protection) at Justus-Liebig University Giessen, Germany
In 2016, i completed my MSc Water Sciences from University of Duisburg Essen, Germany with a thesis on the topic of ‘Generation of C. elegans transgenic strains to investigate neuronal role in mitochondrial control of longevity’.
Previously, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology at Forman Christian College University, Lahore, Pakistan. In Lahore, I studied Molecular Biology, recombinant DNA-Technology etc.
These days I live in Munich and work at Medspace, Germany, a company Accelerating Drug, Biologic and Medical Device Clinical Development. I am fluent in Deutsch language.
